Greetings from the blog for the 80 Galician businessmen who participated in the conference "The Directors to the Innovation Challenge" on Friday 22 January.
My thanks to the organizers (Caixanova Business School, UMEAC, Xunta de Galicia, EGAP) for inviting me to share knowledge and greetings to my fellow day, Paul Castejon and Daniel Pedrosa).
Mexico is a country with great challenges but also great opportunities, innovation is one way to turn these challenges into opportunities. Many of the attendees took careful note, as we discussed at the working lunch, the place which leads to destructive competition (way to compete based on customers away from competitors by lowering prices, dangerously narrowing margins, affecting the quality perceived by the client ...) and outlined the beginning of a opetition model to ensure the future of organziaciones when moving on to new generations.
