Andrew W K Nose Bleed

VEGAN STEW

Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 / 4
onion - 2 medium carrots
- Shredded (prepared from gluten, soy and spices) or seitan
- 1 leek
- a few peas (optional)
- 1 small green pepper

vegetable broth - salt and pepper , paprika

Peel and cut

sliced \u200b\u200bpotatoes, carrots and leek. Sauté

in an earthenware dish or low whole garlic cloves and chopped onion cortarda. Add in green pepper pieces, and other vegetables with potatoes and seitan or Carnita into medium pieces.

Blend a bit to take taste and add the vegetable broth (so that it covers everything but it is thin), salt and pepper and leave it on medium (removiendoi occasionally to prevent sticking and controlling the stock) until the potato is cooked.
