- 4 medium potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices. Cut them lengthwise very thin too.
Heat enough oil in a skillet over high background and when very hot take a handful of potatoes. Wait a few minutes and remove them to prevent burning. Remove them
dripping with oil, salal in a dish and see putting them in another dish (and not so much salt and oil drag. Repeat this with all the lots you have cut.
Serve freshly made.
