PUMPKIN CREAM MACARONI


Ingredients:
- 200 g. comprehensive macaroni (can be white too)
- ratatouille home (tomato paste, red pepper, green onions, all fried) or purchased

yeast -
oregano - salt

olive oil - water

Boil water with a little oil and salt.
Add macaroni and stir occasionally, until, after about 15 minutes are done.
Drain and pass it through the cold water tap.
back to them in the pan with a little hot oil, add them one or two Tablespoons yeast, a pinch of salt and the tomato mixture, and stir everything.

Serve on plates sprinkled with oregano.

* Note: This dish is a quick, tasty nutritious and easy you can prepare in winter (served hot) and summer (leaving it cool, because even hours later still very rich).

CAKES WITH TOMATO CREAM

Ingredients:
- 40 gr.
margarine - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- A half lemon zest
- a pinch of salt
- 50 gr.
tofu - 150 ml.
soy milk - 200 gr.
wheat flour - 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 gr.
raisins -
olive oil - sprinkle sugar mixture

tofu and soy milk with a whisk to get the "cheese."
Beat margarine in a bowl, add the salt, brown sugar, lemon zest and tofu-milk mixture and stir.
Sift the flour and the yeast over the dough, stir well and incorporates all the raisins.
Heat oil in a pan, take a tablespoon of dough, slide the pan and flatten slightly.
Fill the pan and fry patties until golden on both sides.
Place fried cakes on a tray and sprinkle with sugar.
