The apple pie is a fruit cake made with a body covered with apple. There are many variations and can be chopped apple or applesauce. The apples can be placed directly above the ground or on a cream base. There are variants in which the body wraps whole fruit, like apple pie in the traditional Anglo-Saxon, or vice versa are made by placing the mixture over the fruit to give back then, as in the French Tarte Tatin. It is one of the most popular fruit tarts and international.
apple pies along with cheese are my favorite and it is this, the classic apple pie which most commonly prepared at home as part of its production is very simple, it is for me, one of the richest.

- 1 sheet puff pastry (Lidl)
- Custard Apples

Line a buttered pan with puff pastry and fill with pastry cream. We have over apple wedges decoratively and introduce a preheated oven at 200 ยบ C until Puff and the edge of the apples are lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool down, at which time we shine with a little peach jam watering down heating in the microwave a few seconds. serve.
