Dry Or Wet When Period Starts

time ago, one of my nephews came home eating one of these famous muffins so much love among children. I am against the industrial bakery but out of curiosity I reached into the bag once again convinced that homemade as there is nothing. The flavor for my taste leaves much to be desired, like appearance, as twisted and crushed and do not know if that would be specifically but it felt like they were wet ... And without naming colors, preservatives and added ingredients that go you to know that they are, so nothing to do with these that nearly all they have in common is the name and because I decided I call them.

The preparation is very simple so no excuses for not making them.

Ingredients: 110g
  • warm milk with 12.5 g of fresh yeast dissolved in it (half a bucket of mercadona)
  • olive oil 30g soft
  • 1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 250g
  • bread flour 40g sugar
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • chocolate drops 50g
Preparation:

We keep the chocolate chips in the freezer. Will keep them there until the time to integrate them into the dough.

The brush with beaten egg and introduce a preheated oven at 180 ยบ C for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
