Ingredients:
- 100 gr. raw cashews (or 50 gr. cashews and 50 gr. macadamia nuts)
- 1 / 2 tablespoon garlic powder rasa
- 1 / 2 tablespoon onion powder rasa
- juice 1 /
- 2 small lemon 1 tablespoon olive oil 250 ml
- oat cream
- 6 gr. (1 and 1 / 2 envelopes) of seaweed agar agar powder 6 tablespoons
- filled with flaked yeast 125 ml of water
Mix in the bowl of the mixer all the ingredients except the agar agar and water and stir until a blended (no lumps) and reserve.
Heat in a saucepan with water agar, let it boil for 15-20 seconds, the algae is dissolved.
Pour the agar agar dissolved in the glass of the mixer with the mix that you had reserved, whisk again and pour the mixture into the mold chosen.
Let stand at room temperature until the agar solidified and form a hard cheese you can grate, chop or cut into slices ...
