Coffee Flan carnival

A recipe winning the contest Radio Galega. This time the lucky Silvia has been of Tui, which has given me the opportunity to prepare this delicious coffee custard that many of you will be familiar and that I have prepared already more than one occasion. This time, I also had to make some adjustments in the recipe, as Silvia uses a quart of cream and four sachets of instant coffee and as I was not home, I had to replace liquid coffee what led me to adjust the proportions. If you follow the directions to the letter, while the custard curdles will split into two layers, a coffee and a pudding, which will give a very surprising result ... It is said that the ingredients must be of certain brands, which I deny it because I used different ones and here is the result. If you want more coffee layer, you only have to add more quantity. Let

Monthly Statement Sample

(The same cake decorated different)

Today I share with you / this delicious cake as our friend Rosa Jiménez. It's simple to make and very rich!

Ingredients:

· 1 soy yogurt natural or some flavor if you like more.

· 2 scoops of yogurt buckwheat flour (can be wheat flour or another, but buckwheat is rich in nutrients - fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals - and gives a flavor and aroma)

· 1 part flour (when mixed with the buckwheat gives better results because, buckwheat flour, having less gluten produces breads and pastries too compact)

· 1 part sugar (preferably brown).

· 1 measure and 1 / 2 soy milk natural (or chocolate if you want to make chocolate cake.)

· 1 measure and 1 / 2 sunflower oil

· 1 envelope yeast

· strawberry syrup or other flavoring to put over

· a handful of almonds and other cashew

· a handful of coconut or powdered sugar

· ½ chocolate bar pure black or white chocolate without milk (vegan) to cover the cake.

· Breadcrumbs

is the oven heats up.

mixture is all well and beat with a mixer.
was smeared pan with paper towel soaked in a little oil, and sprinkle bread crumbs (distributing a thin layer over the surface) so that after the cake does not stick to the mold.

It turns the mixture into the mold.
Put it in the oven at 150 º C about 50 minutes (although it depends on the oven, so it's best to check a little earlier with a fork ... comes out clean and is, if it comes to mass is still missing)

When done, remove from oven and let stand .

It melts the chocolate bar, with a little soy milk, and spread over cake, covering it well. He goes into the fridge, and when cool, sprinkle a little grated coconut (or icing sugar). Garnish with syrup and enjoy a rich dessert, healthy and vegan!.

How Can I Come Out From Jaundish.

ears ... Chocolate! Tortilla bread

Before turning to the recipe I would like to mention to a couple of things. The first is that my good friend Ana of recipes Manáns is doing a drawing for its first hundred followers. All you have to do is make you followers of your blog, leave a comment and put the logo contest in your blog, so you are now taking longer because apart from being an exceptional cook even if it is much better person I've met few like her so do not miss out on this opportunity to put an angel in your kitchen.

The second comes from the hand of Lékué , which on this occasion have contacted me to announce updates to their products ahead of the Easter and I own initiative, without any agreement Trade between the two sides have decided comunicároslo to you, simply because I believe in this brand, what they do and especially in the quality of their products, not otherwise published, and those who follow me know that I have the habit advertising of any kind.
